2. Deadline Not Met
Prime Assignment Help understands the importance of academic deadlines. If the assignment is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe due to a delay from our assigned expert, the client may qualify for a full refund under the following conditions:
- The delay must be caused by our internal team and not due to missing or incorrect instructions provided by the client.
- The client must notify our support team immediately after noticing the delay.
In such situations, the client may choose one of the following options:
- A 100% refund through the original payment method, or
- Transfer of the full payment amount toward a future order.
In addition, the situation will be investigated internally, and appropriate action may be taken regarding the assigned expert.
Important Notice: If the delay occurs because the client provided incomplete, inaccurate, or late information, Prime Assignment Help may decline the refund request or provide only a partial refund.
3. Unsatisfactory Academic Results
If a client receives a failing grade for the assignment delivered by Prime Assignment Help, they may be eligible to request a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The client must provide official feedback or a report from the tutor, professor, or academic institution explaining the reason for the failed grade.
- This evidence must be submitted within 60 days of the date the work was delivered.
After receiving the feedback, our internal quality assurance team will carefully review the case to determine whether the issue occurred due to writing quality or failure to follow the original instructions.
Based on the outcome of the review:
- The client may be offered a partial refund of up to 50%, or
- In certain cases, a full refund of 100% may be approved.
All final refund decisions will be made by the Prime Assignment Help support and quality team after a full evaluation.
4. Important Refund Guidelines
To maintain fairness and transparency, the following conditions apply to all refund requests:

- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
- A processing and transaction fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative costs.
